AMC Theatres offers refunds for movie tickets and pre-ordered concessions up until the scheduled showtime of your event. For physical merchandise purchased through our online store, items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Receive Authorization
For ticket refunds, your request is processed instantly; for physical merchandise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack physical items in their original packaging, include your receipt, and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
